How are items shipped/returned/exchanged/canceled?

Returns:

Returns of any unused, unopened, or defective merchandise can be facilitated just like any other product on our site.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not allowed on Active Ride Shop Marketplace items. If you wish to try another size, color or style, you will need to request a refund for the original item and then order the new item from Active Ride Shop.com.

Order Cancellations:

As with all orders made on Active Ride Shop.com, Active Ride Shop Marketplace orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted. If there are items within your order that you would like to return, please contact customer service to initiate return process.
